Sheikh Nomani born in Karachi in 1980 as the only son to his parents, he joined his father in Riyadh in 1984 and was admitted to Pakistan International School, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He along with his parents moved to Jeddah and continued his studies in Pakistan International School, Jeddah. The educational step towards the learning of Qur'an was first taken in 1993 by Sheikh Nomani when he was admitted to the school Mus'ab Bin Umair for Hifz-e-Qur'an (Memorization of Qur'aan), which he successfully accomplished in 1995.

The distinction that he achieved was awarded by the then governor of Makkah, His Royal Highness Prince Majid Ibn Abdul Aziz Al Saoud. He then proceeded with certification in Tajweed and Qirat (Proper way of reciting, in rhythmic manner Qur'aan) from Darul Qur'an in Madina which he accomplished in 1998. This achievement of his was awarded by the governor of Madina, His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Majeed Ibn Abdul Aziz Al Saoud. He attained Bachelors and Masters Degree in Islamic Studies from Jamia College Darul Uloom in Karachi, Pakistan.

He also acquired certifications from world renowned experts on IJAZAT -UL- QUR'AAN AL KAREEM (oration styles of reading Qur'an in rhythmic manner). His teachers in acquisition and polishing of the said talent are: Sheikh-ul-Qurra' (Scholar of the highest Esteem of the Recitation of Qur'aan) Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Maajid Zakir (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia),

Sheikh Shfeeq Bin Muhammad Sulaiman AL Qazi (Madina, Saudi Arabia), Sheikh Ehtisham-ul-Haq bin Noor-ul-Hasan (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) and Sheikh Qari Muhammad Rafeeq (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) are his teachers in acquisition and polishing of the said talent. Other notable teachers of Sheikh Saad Nomani are: Sheikh Khaleel Abdur Rahman AL Qari' (Madinah), Sheikh Muhammad Khalil (Imam at Masjid Quba, Madina)
